Musical hotspot in the Tyrolean Alps
The Kitzbühel Music Festival kicks off on Thursday, 15 August 2019 with a grand opening at 8pm: the Kitz Sommernacht warm-up party on three stages in the city centre. Look forward to a host of live musical acts and after-show parties when all hell will be let loose!
Schlager night with Ben Zucker, Francine Jordi and a multitude of stars
Before Saturday’s centrepiece concert with Andreas Gabalier and his band, europop will be celebrated in Kitzbühel’s open-air stadium at 8pm on Friday, 16 August 2019. This year, Ben Zucker, Eloy de Jong, Die Dorfrocker, Die Fäaschtbänkler, Francine Hordi, Bernie Paul, Julia Buchner and many more will be sharing their music as they perform rousing rhythms at this brilliant concert. Ben Zucker is the shooting star from Berlin whose husky voice captured the hearts of the audience at Kitzbühel music festival in 2018. Eloy de Jong, the successful solo performer and former member of Dutch boy band Caught in the Act will also be taking to the stage, and Swiss pop star Francine Jordi is bound to enchant the audience with her latest hits as well as the golden oldies. Bernie Paul from Germany really gets the party going with his hits ‘Lucky’ and ‘Oh no no’. Die Fäaschtbänkler, on the other hand, are an up-and-coming Swiss band whose mix of pop, rock and house personifies the Neue Volksmusik (new folk music) genre. Austrian Julia Buchner is another rising europop star.
Andreas Gabalier sets Kitzbühel-Kirchberg on fire!
