… these attributes perfectly describe the Bistro-Restaurant at the Relais & Châteaux Rosengarten. The restaurant in Kirchberg has partnered with Brixentaler KochArt, an association of restaurants in the Kitzbühel Alps that focus on regional ingredients. This is reflected in the menu with its ‘Tyrolean highland beef tartare’, ‘Tyrolean char’ and ‘Braised Blacknose lamb’s tongues’. The menu also features popular year-round classics such as Wiener Schnitzel, roast chicken and Fondue chinoise.
Our hotel guests’ culinary day starts with an exquisite gourmet breakfast in the Bistro-Restaurant. Christiane Taxacher is in charge of breakfasts at our restaurant in Kirchberg, making sure that your day has a relaxed and delicious start. Zestful, savoury or sweet – choose from an impressive selection of gourmet buffet delights and freshly prepared egg dishes.

Informal lunches and snacks
The Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten is a popular meeting place for informal lunches. Look forward to a superior culinary journey which starts with home-made bread and the finest mature Tyrolean Schinkenspeck ham – freshly sliced on an original Berkel meat slicer – served with Grammelschmalz: pork dripping and crackling. Your culinary discovery tour continues with the very best that the region has to offer and, if you start feeling peckish after 2pm, this is also where delicious snacks are served.
Lunch: from 12 noon, last orders 2pm
Snack menu: from 2pm to 6pm and from 9.30pm to 11pm
À la carte dinner
As the day draws to a close, initiate the evening’s delights with an aperitif before enjoying luscious dishes that typify the culinary focus of the region. If you fancied, you could also start your meal at the Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten in Kirchberg with Gillardeau oysters and Imperial caviar. Tip: allow our sommelier to advise and surprise you. Our restaurant in Kirchberg has an extraordinarily large selection of great wines that are also available by the glass.
