For the sixth consecutive year, the Restaurant Simon Taxacher is awarded 4 toques and 19 points. This means that Restaurant Simon Taxacher continues to lead Austria’s top culinary league.

Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten: Gault&Millau 2 toques/15 points

For the first time, the Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten has been rated with 2 toques/15 points in the Gault&Millau 2019. Young and talented, chef Martin Kinast has surpassed last year’s best newcomer award with a score that reflects his talent, creative ability, determination and love of his chosen profession. Under the patronage of Simon Taxacher it has taken Martin Kinast no time at all to cook up a second toque for the Bistro-Restaurant Rosengarten where he consistently dedicates himself to chic yet down-to-earth cuisine. He takes authentic, Austrian dishes and subjects them to a contemporary reinterpretation by combining popular classics and Tyrolean specialities with a touch of unobtrusive extravagance.
