Sustainably Inspirational

The Rosengarten restaurant’s philosophy is to focus on the best ingredients, the joy of cooking, and the guests’ pleasure. ‘My style? French-Mediterranean cuisine with a strong emphasis on Austria,’ explains chef de cuisine Harald Riedl. In addition to Riedl’s signature dish of deep-fried eggs with Parmesan, the menu features Tyrolean staples such as catfish, char, and trout, and specialities true to the sustainable principle ‘from nose to tail and root to leaf’, including marinated calf’s head, tongue, cheek and shoulder.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, our À LA CARTE guests can enjoy a five-course dinner with a range of options.

The roots of good taste lie as much in the quality of our ingredients as in our respect for food, the cycle of nature, and people. Our flavours are in tune with the seasons, garnished with honest craftsmanship and passion. From traditional stews to home-made ice cream, dinner is always a complete delight.
