5-star superior Domaine La Butte aux Bois
The driving force behind the 2 Michelin star Restaurant La Source at Domaine La Butte aux Bois is Dutchman Ralf Berendsen. The passionate chef received his first Michelin star in 2013, just two years after arriving at Restaurant La Source and went on to reach another milestone with a second star in 2017. ‘Nothing is so good that it cannot be improved. That must be the starting point,’ admits the chef. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, Ralf Berendsen’s work ethic is akin to Simon Taxcher’s. The collaboration between the two multi-award-winning chefs is set to be exclusive and explosive. A top event in the gourmet world of international award-winning cuisine. Not to be missed!
