Treasures are scrupulously selected to delight both the palate and the mind – and to be enjoyed with Taxacher’s exceptional culinary creations. In addition to big names and traditional classics, Simon Taxacher and his sommelier have focused on wines from Austria and Germany – in every price range. They have travelled far and wide in recent months to source excellent wines for the wine cellar at our restaurants in Kirchberg, from the Wachau, the Loire, Burgundy, South Tyrol and Rheinhessen. So much to discover: enjoy the journey!
